Casa Hostos operates two levels of residential services, including intensive and intermediate, with a total of 16 beds in a 24-hour residential setting for Spanish speaking men and women. Casa Hostos offers an array of behavioral health services staffed by compassionate bilingual, bicultural addiction treatment/recovery personnel. 

 

Who We Treat

The residential services at Casa Hostos are provided to adult substance abusers in the state of Connecticut who are medically indigent and alcohol and/or drug dependent. These levels of care are most appropriate for persons who have no significant medical or psychiatric conditions. Services provided range in time period from one to six months.

• Buprenorphine Prescription for Opioid Addiction

• Vocational and Housing Case Management

• Family Counseling

• HIV/AIDS/STD Testing and Counseling

• Basic Primary Care Services

• Trauma Therapy

• Gender Specific Therapy

• Integration with natural supports in the community

• Grief and Loss Counseling Services
