Supportive housing is designed for those individuals experiencing homelessness. It is based on providing homeless individuals with housing quickly and then providing case management and support services to help them become stable tenants. Applicants are not rejected on the basis of poor credit or lack of income, criminal convictions or other factors that may indicate “poor housing readiness.”

 

CASA is committed to providing services to some of the most venerable and marginalized individuals in our community and continues to emphasize integration into the community. We encourage all tenants to discover positive productive connections outside of the program. Efforts are made to make the housing site(s) look and feel presentable, respectable and inclusive in the minds of the tenants and community members.
